Your Donation will Help Protect this Headwaters Ecosystem

The Southern Alberta Land Trust Society (SALTS) is a locally-based charitable non-profit society. It protects landscapes mainly through the placing of Conservation Easements on private land in cooperation with the landowner. It takes money, however, to pay for appraisals, legal work, ecological reports, and project management. Your donation will help to promote and put in place further conservation easements.

There is also a cost to the ongoing monitoring and management of our existing easements. With over 10,000 acres under easement it is a big job. Your tax-deductible donation will help.

How to Donate

There are two ways to donate: online or by sending us a cheque.

• Online - You can donate to SALTS through a secure online connection by using Canada Helps. Through this you can arrange for a one-time donation, or a regular donation by credit card. They will provide a tax receipt.

• Cheque - Mail a cheque to the address on the right. If you wish you may print off the donation form and include it with your cheque. Please ensure that you give us your address so that we may send you the charitable tax receipt.
